At daburshop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new outfit isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your daburshop account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any old tracking labels.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your drop-off receipt until your refund or exchange has been fully processed.
